Basic Edition: Can’t create more than one user

0
We had a GitStack Starter license, but our company went through some downsizing, and now I am the only developer left. Our Starter (5-user) license expired last month, and we did not renew it. I was unable to create new repos or edit users because the license was expired, so I renamed our license file in order to revert to Basic Edition, now GitStack correctly reports that I am using the Basic Edition. I was able to delete the other 4 user accounts, and now mine is the only one left. However, when I try to create a new user account, I get the error:
License error : number of maximum users reached. Please check https://gitstack.com/pricing/ to buy more users.
Aren’t two user licenses available in Basic Edition?

Thank you for your bug report. Please send us an email, we will send you a temporary license as a workaround.
