After LDAP setup creating a repository crashes GitStack server
0
I setup LDAP integration.
Protocol: ldap
Host: dc01.company.ru
Base dn: DC=company,DC=ru
Attribute: sAMAccountName
Filter: (objectClass=user)
Bind dn/bind password: some (doesn’t matter)
Then go and create a repository (“test”). The server crashes. Looking into EventLog (I’m on Windows 7 x64) shows error:
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Syntax error on line 7 of C:/GitStack/apache/conf/gitstack/repositories/test.conf:
My C:\GitStack\apache\conf\gitstack\repositories\test.conf :
<Location /(?i)test.git>
AuthType Basic
AuthName “Password Required”
AuthBasicProvider ldap
AuthzLDAPAuthoritative on
AuthLDAPURL “ldap://dc01.croc.ru:389/DC=croc,DC=ru?sAMAccountName?(objectClass=user)”
AuthLDAPBindDN “…”
AuthLDAPBindPassword “…”
# Require ldap-user aford steve brock
Require valid-user
</Location>
Is it correct AuthLDAPURL?
It seems it is not. I removed “?sAMAccountName” and then server starts (without this service won’t start).
