No Users or Settings tabs?

Installed 1.0 as per instructions – only get “Repositories” tab – no sign of the Users or Settings tab?!

GitStack 1.3.1 is the current version. Please uninstall GitStack 1.0 and delete the gitstack installation folder before installing the new version.

yes thank you - installed 1.3.1 ok.   BTW the link to download previous versions does not end up at a location allowing previous versions, except for 1.0, to be downloaded.
