Parsing errors

When trying to add a new user, I’m getting this error:   File contains parsing errors: D:/GitStack/repositories/repo.git/config [line 2]: ‘\trepositoryformatversion = 0\n’ [line 3]: ‘\tfilemode = true\n’ [line 4]: ‘\tbare = true\n’   How can I fix this?

Could you give me a test scenario? Have you imported an existing repository or modify the config file yourself?
